Ben is an associate at Goldberg, Persky & White's Pittsburgh office. He focuses on personal injury litigation, including both medical malpractice and asbestos-related lawsuits.

Ben received his J.D. from Lewis and Clark Law School in Portland, Oregon. For two years during law school, he worked as a law clerk for Goldberg, Persky & White. As a law clerk, Ben was introduced to the art of piecing together evidence for a personal injury lawsuit.

In Ben's final year of legal study, he spent two semesters at the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. While at Pitt Law, Ben worked as a Certified Legal Intern at the Allegheny County District Attorney's Office. At the DA's office he gained invaluable experience handling both pre-trial motions and bench trials.

Prior to law school, Ben attended Skidmore College, in Saratoga Springs, New York, where he received a B.A. in Environmental Studies and a minor in Political Science.

In his spare time, Ben can be found training for triathlons and enjoying Pittsburgh's vibrant arts and sports scenes with his family and friends.
